  3. Complete the order form. Prices are before the 2% sales tax.
  4. You’ll receive a pay request on Venmo (from @nindabakery) including the sales tax.
  5. Every item is baked fresh to order.
  6. Fresh delivery will be made during your selected delivery window.

Currently, açma and tahini cheorek are the two naturally leavened pastry offerings made with organic flour and long fermentation. Kandil simidi is an enriched dough with minimal gluten development. Therefore, it is leavened with baking soda.
